Real Talk:
This is more than just becoming some magically productive, suddenly organized, unicorn version of yourself.
Capitalism has made us feel incapable of accomplishing our big, beautiful vision in a way that works for us.
We live in a culture of overstimulation. We’re constantly inundated with information and notifications. Of course it’s hard to focus and do deep work.
Impulsiveness towards work has been instilled in and required of us to survive. Slowing down can feel impossible and in some cases be dangerous.
Fixed unrealistic deadlines, pressure for consistent output, and the profit, speed-driven mentality are ableist norms we think we have to conform to.
Trying to work within the systems that serve the status quo comes at a high cost to your project, you, your organization, and community.
Inside a capitalist approach to project management… your projects don’t happen (or they do and everyone burns out along the way).
The old approach to getting stuff done may promise efficiency, but it compromises your values, creativity, and the sustainability of your work.
WHICH ACTUALLY ISN’T EFFICIENT AT ALL.

My vision for how the world could work

Think of us as your second brain, handling all (or most) of the executive functioning!
2. GET YOU READY TO TAKE ACTION
Ever said, “I wish someone could just tell me what to do?” We will! Each week, you’ll receive a clear and doable task list so you can quickly find your flow.
This will help you make progress and get top priority things done, but in half the time it takes now.
3. SUPPORT & CELEBRATE WITH YOU
All throughout the project, we’ll be by your side offering gentle support and adjusting the plan when the unexpected things come our way.

4. DO IT WITH YOU & OUTSOURCING
Life is easier with someone who gets it. We’re here to co-work and talk through big decisions when needed.
Plus, if certain tasks or tech aren’t your friends, we can often just do it for you.

I created Enriched Projects because I’ve seen first hand how traditional project management—rooted in urgency, ableist norms, and overwork—hold people, and projects, and impact back.

Over the past 5 years, I've helped hundreds of folks bring their visions to life, all while keeping up with the demands of daily life.
My background in engineering and my radical, nonlinear, healing-centered approach allow me to bring both structure and humanity to project management.
Note: As of this writing, it’s just me Becca Rich, but the plan is to build Enriched Projects out into a non-hierarchical tiny agency, and this website is spellcasting towards that future.

I was guessing a lot at my personal capacity and saying “yes” to things without really knowing how I was going to fit it in. That “figure it out and make it happen” mentality had served me for a long time but was quickly becoming something I needed to change.
